| Mediation is a confidential, private process.
We are committed to privacy and confidentiality, and have provisions in our Agreements to Mediate that are designed to maximize confidentiality. Our facilities are located in a brownstone in downtown Cincinnati rather than in a governmental building or other more public location. Parties can come to mediation to resolve disputes in complete privacy.
