| As an alternative to litigation, mediation is typically less expensive and less time-consuming, leaves control in the hands of the disputing parties rather than a judge and jury, and leaves the parties free to fashion their own solutions for both employee and employer. Mediation also provides the opportunity to resolve an employment dispute in a non-adversarial way so that valuable business relationships may continue.
Since 1988 our mediators have mediated over 360 employment disputes in and around the greater Cincinnati, Ohio and Northern Kentucky area, including disputes involving racial, disability, gender, age, and national origin discrimination, sexual harassment, and employment contracts.
